Carrie Beth Wallace
The word “advocate”—along with many others—seems to have lately lost a bit of power. The casual usage of it, along with our self-attributing to fill out About Me sections, all seem have contributed to the loss of impact of valuable words.
From my 90-minute interaction with Carrie Beth, I saw in her the proactive embodiment of nouns and adjectives like: advocate, humility, gifted, light-hearted, kind, and strong.
I have successfully resisted the temptation to write more, and will simply share the portraits that I was so honored to create of Carrie Beth Wallace, along with a brief summary of her current project.
Carrie Beth Wallace is a true advocate for the arts in Columbus, Georgia (and beyond). She is the founder of The Columbusite (https://www.thecolumbusite.net). She is a wife, a mother, and a friend to the arts. It was a joy to be trusted to bring her portrait to light.
